Alberta Parish born in Miami, Florida residing in Atlanta, Georgia, is a poet, spoken word artist, and writer of fiction and nonfiction. She is also the author of Vanished and Other Short Stories . In December 2002, she self-published her first book entitled "Vanished and Other Short Stories."
